The spamer has paid for network dispatch

According to the antimonopoly service, individual businessman Cyril Gureev in the letters advertised the baguette  workshop and the corporation under the name «Factory of mails-dispatches». The Young man delivered the correspondence to several thousand targets.

Cyril Gureev, the businessman: «I really delivered advertising letters by e-mail. I have made it once and because of law ignorance, accordingly i have got. So I am guilty. However it is disputable enough under what article and how me will punish».

The penalty sum - 5 thousand roubles - Cyril Gureev names small, but unpleasant. Its representative has declared, that is going to challenge the antimonopoly service's decision.

In the antimonopoly service other Perm businessman (who, as well as many millions Internet users, considers a spam as the murderer of working hours and the traffic, that is money) has complained of the spamer.

Vladimir Koshin, the businessman: «I try to show, that our legislative base is capable not only to pursue directors of rural schools, it should become the basis for bringing to account of serious infringers».

Marina Kudryavtsev, the head of control department (control over observance of the legislation on a competition and advertising of the Perm territory): «There are also other statements on a similar subject, complaints to inadequate dispatches, to not demanded advertising received on Internet networks. These affairs will be considered further.

I cannot tell, than they will be completed, because there are certain difficulties in collection of proofs. Confirmations are necessary, that the concrete person was engaged in spam distribution».

Only in Russia the spam share in e-mail total amount, reaches 80 and more percent on statistican. Along with viruses it is the greatest headache of IT divisions employee . For example, in the USA last year a damage from  spam have estimated approximately in 70 billion dollars.
