Open Society Group E4 started the project on audit of IT infrastructure of all business units

Audit will be lead by the experts having wide experience of IT audit and service of large IT structures. So, for today on service "ITS" there is more than 16 companies which have transferred to support of 3700 units technicians, more than 7500 units of the software, LAN on 10000 ports. At the initial stage of audit to all firms of holding questionnaires have been dispatched. By results of questionnaires  the comprehensive programme will be developed .

The audit methodology allows to lead an estimation of correspondence of IT infrastructures of the Company to the best practices and the accepted world standards:
- COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology)
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
- ITSM (Information Technology Service Management)
- CMM, ISO/IEC 27001 (BS7799:2).

Audit includes in details studied methodology of an estimation 34 ITs of processes, conforms the requirements of standards on realisation of  IT-audit ISACA.
With allowance for results of audit at the first stage, solution of following most critical tasks in the field of an IT is planned:
- To generate the program on creation of a uniform corporate data network of "Group E4" for the organisation of high-grade information interchange between divisions and to rise of  firms handling efficiency ;
- To generate corporate standards on usage of  IT and telecommunication technologies (a request to used computer facilities, data links and so forth);
- To develop standard business processes on service of  IT infrastructure and the organisation of telecommunications (mechanisms of the technical registration, regulations of fixing and incidents removal  in the IT environment, regulations of operation with external IT-suppliers  and telecommunication services);
- To develop the project of a policy of informational safety (uniform rules of the control, protection and usage of the electronic information, mechanisms of protection against external effects on IT-environment).

At the second stage it is planned to develop the high-grade strategy of  IT development of the IT, grounded on business tasks   of firms and groups of the companies as a whole.
