AMT-GRUP has received Cisco ATP - Customer Voice Portal specialization. Thus, the company was included into triple of the Russian system integrators certificated for sale, designing, implantation and support of Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal voice portals. Now AMT-GRUP has six specialisations vendor, three of which concern systems of the unified communications and contacts-centres: Advanced Unified Communications, ATP - Unified Contact Center Enterprise and ATP - Customer Voice Portal (Cisco news one). Within the limits of preparation for reception of new specialisation of three experts AMT-GRUP have passed appropriate training, the company has met requests Cisco concerning Laboratory equipment. Designing and creation of contacts-centres is one of priority directions of AMT-GRUP activity. Among recent projects of the company in this area – create of the developing concept of URSA Bank contact-centre, creation of calls handling centre for agency of editorial subscription "Aktion-press", upgrade contact-centre one of leading cable TV providers and access to the Internet. |

AMT-GRUP has received status Pelco company Certificate Partner, the video observation systems manufacturer. The intersection of companies interests lays in sphere of video observation IP-systems implementation. The conclusion of the partner agreement is linked to appearance for Pelco the complex of Endura soft-hardware for creation of the distributed video observation digital systems. «We are interested in advancement of this products bar through system integrators as modern IP-videosystems creation requires a high level technologies competence of difficult telecommunication infrastructures construction. This new request to our partners, induced us to the basic extension of a partner network», - is explained by Feodor Zhidomirov, director Pelco-Russia. AMT-GRUP has again confirmed the status of the partner in Cisco ATP Unified Contact Center Enterprise specialisation AMT-GRUP confirms correspondence of Cisco specialisation on the contacts-centres within five years on end. In 2002 AMT-GRUP became the first company in territory of Russia and other CIS countries, received IP Contact Center Enterprise specialisation (the title of specialisation till 2006). The partner status on specialisation Cisco ATP UCCE gives AMT-GRUP the right to delivery, implantation and rendering of technical support of products bar of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (Cisco UCCE) - solutions for contacts-centres organisation of major concerns and outsourcing contacts-centres. Paul Teplov, the manager on developing of Cisco business: «Implantation of solutions UCCE requires of our partners not only good knowledge of the product, but also capability to its integration with indirect telecommunication and IT Systems. AMT-GRUP will hold seminar "Unified communications, new generation of IP-telephony and a video conferencing solutions" On December 13th Within limits of seminar experts AMT-GRUP will consider questions of practical implementation of the unified communications concept (Unified Communications) on the basis of Cisco and Microsoft companies solutions. AMT-GRUP Experts will demonstrate solutions of both manufacturers. At seminar results of independent testing of Microsoft Unified Communications solutions recently conducted in AMT-GRUP Laboratory for the first time will be presented. AMT-GRUP Experts will appear with reports on realisation of multimedia conferences (Rich Media Conferencing) and also about application of Cisco technologies and Verint traditionally used for the organisation of contacts-centres operation, for other corporate communication tasks solution. The separate report will be devoted usage of visual communication technologies on equipment Tandberg basis of Polycom and Ericsson. |
