Thousand inhabitants of northeast states of the USA have begun day with snow clearing.
In New York, Boston and Philadelphia the height of snowdrifts reaches metre. Speed of movement on the majority of highways does not exceed 40 kilometres per hour. The authorities urge drivers not to sit down whenever possible a wheel and to use public transport which works with faults too. However most a difficult situation is at the airports now.
