The annual gain of IBM has reached almost 100 billion dollars

IBM Corporation has published the report on results of activity in the fourth quarter 2007.

IBM gain during the period from October till December has inclusively reached 28,9 billion dollars, that on 10 % above a similar metric for the fourth quarter of last year. The corporation net profit for an accounting period has made 2,8 dollars counting on the share. It on 24 % above a similar metric for the fourth quarter 2006 when IBM net profit has made 2,26 dollars counting on the share. By the way, analysts predicted, that the profit of IBM following the results of last quarter will lay at level 2,6 dollars counting on one share.

About 15 billion dollars from the total income for last quarter have brought IBM business services.

The gain of corporation from sales of software products has grown on 12 % in comparison with the fourth quarter 2006 and has reached 6,3 billion dollars. Besides, in IBM specify growth of sale volumes of servers - "System p" and "System x" bars.

Following the results of all 2007 as a whole IBM income has reached 98,8 billion dollars, that on 8 % above a similar metric for 2006. The corporation net profit last year has made 10,4 billion dollars or 7,18 dollars counting on the share. For matching, in 2006 IBM profit has made 6,06 dollars on the share.

The next years as marks InfoWorld, IBM analysts predict further growth of profit. According to experts expectations, in 2008 the corporation net profit will make from 8,2 to 8,3 dollars counting on the  share. And by the end of decade the given metric can increase to 10-11 dollars counting on the action. By the way, after the publication of the financial report cost of IBM shares has grown for 5,6 dollars - to 106,5 dollars for the share.
