Long time was considered that has no value an appearance of the germs promoting formation of an infectious-allergic bronchial asthma. there was variety of scientific works in which attempt to define dependence between a microbal background of respiratory system and allergic sensitivity rising of the organism gradually leading to an asthma is made in the middle of 20th century. However, there is no detailed analysis of microbal factors influence on degree of children respiratory tracts function deterioration, probability of rhonchuses appearance and occurrence in the future of a bronchial asthma in these researches.

Bunch of Denmark scientists of under the Hans Bisgaard guidance had been carried out long research of microbal spectrum influence degree of respiratory tracts on possibility bronchial asthma occurrence. The state 321 newborns throughout first five years of life have been for this purpose surveyed. Studied degree of microbal presence at pharynx and larynx district and kinds of germs, and also the maintenance in blood of eosinophilic granulocytes and immunoglobulins Е.
